Bridging inequalities through empathy, the pop-up dismantles everyday discrimination: created after interviews with people from different backgrounds, the stories shared within create a deep connection. Using versatile, eco-friendly materials, the modular architecture promotes inclusivity and diverse voices. It sensitises visitors to unconscious bias and empowers them to take a stand against discrimination.
How might we create a better *human* experience for all?
This pop-up event is designed around this very question. (Un)conscious prejudice, discrimination and microaggressions have consequences; even if they were not intended. „Beyond our diversity issues“ addresses root causes: Prejudice and intersectionality; the consequences: Microaggressions and discrimination – as well as on the contribution of each of us for the future.
